OUR POLICIES We ship within 48 hours via UPS Ground or Postal service. Customers may choose a faster service, if so please specify under "comments" when placing your order. We will let customers know of items out of stock. 5% ME Sales Tax applicable on all sales. Credit Cards Accepted We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover.
Shipping Policies
All RETAIL orders with a minimum of $100 enjoy free shipping. If faster service is needed, customer will be responsible for extra charges.
Return Policies Peruvian Link Co. unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. Items returned after 30 days will receive an "in store" credit. Please include original or copy of invoice and credit card slip. No exchanges will be accepted after 90 Days. Your refund will exclude shipping & handling charges. There are no returns of sale items. If a REFUND is requested, the REFUND will be done in a form of a check.
Our Privacy Policy Peruvian Link values its customers and respects their privacy. The personal information we collect about you is used to process your order, send you e-mails to confirm your order or to contact you via phone or e-mail if we have other questions regarding your order or purchase. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties and will not do so under any circumstances.
For Wholesale Customers: We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee based on the condition of the returned merchandise, this includes defacing original PL hand -tags. Also our office should be contacted via e-mail or by phone previous to any return.
