How do I return an item?

Return Policies

Peruvian Link Co. unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If you aren't completely satisfied with the quality of our merchandise, you may return it in within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund. After 30 days from time of shipment, a re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied to any return authorized by Peruvian Link. Our office should be contacted via e-mail or by phone before sending any return as we monitor this process closely for quality control purposes.
We also ask that you verify receipt of all orders within 7 days of delivery. No exchanges will be accepted after 60 Days. Refunded merchandise exclude shipping & handling charges unless the merchandise was received damaged. There are no returns on sales items.
