How do I return an item?

Return Policies

Peruvian Link Co. unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If you aren't completely satisfied with our merchandise, you may return it in within 30 days for an exchange or a full refund. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee and this fee may vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise, this includes defacing original Peruvian Link (not “PL”) hang tags. Our office should be contacted via e-mail or by phone before sending any return as we monitor this process closely for quality control purposes.
We also ask that upon reception of an order it is verified on your end within 7 days of delivery. No exchanges will be accepted after 60 Days. Refunded merchandise exclude shipping & handling charges, unless the merchandise was received damaged. There are no returns on sales items.
