Shipping Policies

Our current shipping lead time to process and ship an order is 48 hours and we ship via UPS Ground. Customers may choose a faster service, if so please specify under "comments" when placing your order. Shipping charges will be calculated based on weight and size of the order; according to UPS rates; and added to the total of the order placed. Because of the volume of shipping we do on daily basis, we have preferred rates with UPS which we then pass along to our valuable customers. If faster service is needed, customer will be responsible for extra charges. 

Return Policies

Peruvian Link Co. unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us for return authorization within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. Items returned after 30 days will receive an "in store" credit. Please include a copy of your invoice. No exchanges will be accepted after 90 Days. Your refund will exclude shipping & handling charges. There are no returns of sale items. 

If a REFUND is requested, the REFUND will be done in a form of a check.

Our Return Policy is not a consignment policy, we do not offer consignment options for our products.

Our Guarantee

We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee based on the condition of the returned merchandise, this includes defacing original PL hand -tags. Our office should be contacted via e-mail or by phone previous to any return. No exchanges will be accepted after 90 Days. Your refund will exclude shipping & handling charges.
